I think that Victor should create a female mate for Mo. Mo promises not to murder anyone else if he creates a mate for him, and it would save Victor a whole lot of heartache of his family being murdered. Victor may be worried about other monsters being born if he creates another monster, but Mo promises not to bother anyone anymore and to move away from all people. Victor also should create a companion for Mo. He left Mo on his own and this is one thing that he can do in return to help him out a little bit. Mo is a lonely creature and to help him out by giving him a female monster would be a kind act of Victor towards his "child". Though this may not be seen as a parentally act to people, this would be one way for Victor to show that he loves Mo and is there to support him. Mo would feel like his creator thinks that he is worthy to receive a gift like this. The flip side of this is Victor does not create a monster and Mo keeps murdering people. He could potentially cause more heartache than his family could handle.
